"Workouts with Kara are awesome! She does a initial assessment for find out your strengths/weaknesses and your goals. She will then customize the workouts accordingly. I had weak lower back and leg strength. Working out with Kara has help me strengthen my leg and lower back muscles. Kara is very encouraging. She would always have a variety of exercises planned for each session that made my workouts interesting and fun. She is also well equipped. For workouts to be done at home, if you don't have any equipment, she will modify the workout accordingly."
