I can be friends with anyone, any type of person. I have valued that and don't take it for granted. I care about the human beings .
God has called me to love those around me and I believe that has showed through me so naturally since my childhood even when it's hard to love someone that is not on the same "wavelength" as me.

I am shifting the industry in a way to bring it back to the basics and give a space for fear to be rid and confidence to be built. Most people know what to do , but they need that help to get going and/or keep going. I want to be that coach, to coach and lead YOU to be better and to learn.

I am speaking to everyone that wants to feel, be, look, think better. Health is multidimensional and we all have been challenged with excess and conflicting
information. I provide the space that people want to explore because of curiosity to make themselves better, one day at a time.
